摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a low level chlorine component in a phosgene stream by providing a gas sending-out sub-system, an electrochemical sensor, a temp. control unit, a signal measuring sub-system and a scrubber sub-system being an arbitrary element. SOLUTION: A phosgene introducing pipe 2, a carrier gas pipeline 4 and a chlorine gas pipeline 6 for inspection in carrier gas are contained in a detection system. Two-way valves 8 and pressure gauges 10 are arranged in these gas pipelines. A check valve 12 and a needle valve 14 are also arranged to the phosgene pipeline 2 and the carrier gas pipeline 4 has a three-way valve 16, a check valve 17 and a needle valve 18 and flowmeters 18, 20 are arranged in the phosgene pipeline 2 and the carrier gas pipeline 4 and a needle valve 24 and a check valve 26 are attached to the chlorine and carrier gas pipelines. Gases of all of three gas pipelines are sent to a flowmeter 28. The output from the flowmeter 28 is sent to an electrochemical sensor 30.
