PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the presence of a traffic personnel recognizable from a relatively remote distance by using an armband which covers the entire part of the arm of the traffic personnel by the top end existing nearly the upper part of the arm and the bottom end existing nearly the lower part of the arm. SOLUTION: The long-sized armband 1 is so formed that the top end 10 exists around the boundary between the shoulder S and arm A of a traffic personnel and the other end 11 exists around the boundary between the wrist L and forearm FA, thereby covering the entire part of the arm. More specifically, the long-sized armband 1 is formed to an approximately cylindrical shape by stitching the respective side ends of one sheet of a broad blank capable of covering the entire part of the one arm to each other and hemming the top end 10 and the bottom end 11. Mounting part 12 for mounting the long-sized armband 1 at the shoulder band 2 of the traffic personnel is provided at the top end 10 of the long-sized armband 1. This mounting part 12 is mounted by stitching, etc., of an approximately triangular shape member at the top end 10 and is provided with a hole for insertion of the shoulder band 2. |
