PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-point range finder strong in a shutter chance by excluding the locking of a release and a warming as much as possible, while accurately focusing it on a subject and while maintaining a high reliable deciding function. SOLUTION: A multi-point range finder for measuring the distances up to respective objects to be photographed located at plural points in a photographic picture, to uniquely decide the focusing position of a photographic lens 6 is provided with an image deciding means 2 for comparing respective reliable values in a range-finding calculation process for the plural points with a prescribed value and a CPU 10 capable of controlling a series of range-finding sequence including the decision of the focusing point of the photographic lens 6 and changing the prescribed value. |
