PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the dielectric constant and insulation resistance by comprising a laminated product obtained by alternately stacking the dielectric layers and the internal electrode layers, and an external electrode mounted on an exposed edge face of the internal electrode layers of the laminated product, and forming the dielectric layer by using a dielectric ceramic composition represented by a specific formula. SOLUTION: The green sheets formed by using a dielectric material, and the internal electrode paste mainly composed of Ni, are alternately stacked to form a laminated product. Then the laminated product is heat treated at a temperature lower than a sintering of green sheet starting temperature, and then is baked at a temperature lower than a melting point of Ni in a reducing atmosphere, and an external electrode is formed on an edge face of the laminated product. That is, the laminated product obtained by alternately stacking the dielectric layers and the internal electrode layers, and the external electrode mounted on the edge face of the laminated product, are installed, and the dielectric layer is formed by using the dielectric ceramic composition represented by a formula in which 1.00<=m<=1.02, 0<=x<=0.2, 0.05<=y<=0.2, 0.001<=α<=0.05, 0.001<=β<=0.02. |
