摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner for developing electrostatic charge image and a developing agent for electrostatic charge image which have both grindability and heat reserving property, and high fixability at low temp. and anti-offsetting property, and to provide the method for forming image without causing any image defect due to the filming on a photoreptor. SOLUTION: This toner for developing electrostatic charge image contains a colorant, bonding resin and petroleum copolymer resin of aliphatic hydrocarbon-aromatic hydrocarbon, which aromatic hydrocarbon has carbon atoms of not less than nine, and further preferably a wax. The wax having a peak of heat adsorption in a range of 70-100 deg.C, which has been observed in the measurement with DSC method, is preferably used. The petroleum copolymer resin having a softening point of 80-170 deg.C, which has been obtained by ring-ball method, is preferable, and the polyester resin can be used preferably as the bonding resin. The preferable weight ratio of the monomer of the aromatic hydrocarbon to the monomer of the aliphatic hydrocarbon in the petroleum copolymer resin is in a range of 99:1-50:50.
