<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate showing excellent interlaminar adhesiveness with respect to a cycloolefinic copolymer and also showing ply separation resistance withstanding the molding of a container or heat treatment such as hot filling, boil sterilization, retort sterilization or the like. SOLUTION: In a laminate containing a layer composed of a cycloolefinic copolymer, the layer adjacent to the cycloolefinic copolymer layer is composed of a layer containing an ethylene/α-olefin copolymer having a phase separation structure consisting of a continuous phase with a m.p. of 130 deg.C or higher based on anα-olefin block and a disperse phase containing an ethylene block or an acid modified material thereof.</p> |
