PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the defective molding by filling foamed particles uniformly in proper density in a molding tool at the time of manufacturing an in-mold foam molded body. SOLUTION: A foamed particle filling machine 1 with a compressed air jet outlet 4 is installed on a foamed particle introduction inlet 6 of a molding tool 5. Compressed air is jetted out of the compressed air jet outlet 4 and compressed air heading for a foamed particle feed opening 3 is introduced to introduce foamed particles into the molding tool 5 through the foamed particle feed opening 3. When the foamed particles are filed in the molding tool 5, the feeding of compressed air from a compressed air exhaust outlet 11 into a piping 10 is discontinued, and a piston 2 of the filling machine 1 is moved forward while continuing the jet of the compressed air out of the compressed air jet outlet 4 to close the foamed particle introduction inlet 6 of the molding tool 5 to complete the filling of the foamed particles into the molding tool 5.
