PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition excellent in photostability and used in public facilities such as hospitals, in houses or toilets, in vehicles such as automobiles, or on outdoor facilities such as roads by including a volatile substance, a poly N-vinylcarboxylic acid amide crosslinking agent, a surfactant and water. SOLUTION: This composition comprises (A) a volatile substance such as a perfume, a deodorant, an insect repellent, an insecticide or a repellent preferably in an amount of 0.1-40 wt.%, (B) a poly N-vinylcarboxylic acid crosslinking agent such as poly N-vinylacetamide crosslinking agent preferably in an amount of 1-10 wt.%, (C) a surfactant preferably in an amount of 0.1-15 wt.%, (D) water preferably in an amount of 15-98.8 wt.%, and preferably (E) an alcohol in an amount of 0-60 wt.%. |
