DECORATIVE WOODY MATERIAL COATED WITH RESIN COMPOSITE FILM AND PREPARATION THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative woody material coated with a resin composite film for decorative plywoods and decorative glued laminated lumbers that has good external appearance, strength, protective properties, secondary workability and environmental adaptability. SOLUTION: This decorative woody material coated with a resin composite film includes a woody base material, a thermoplastic resin (a-1) and a sticking imparting resin (a-2) in amount of 0.001 to less than 80 parts by weight relative to 100 parts by weight of the thermoplastic resin (a-1), and a thermal adhesive layer (A) having a fusion point or softening temperature of not more than 170 deg.C and an MFR (melt viscosity) at 190 deg.C of 1 to 500g/10 minutes and a scratch resistant surface layer (B) are laminated thereon in this order. This provides a beautiful external appearance without painting with a lacquer while keeping a natural texture and improves the surface protective properties and bending workability. In addition, since this can be used without painting, the material is free from environmental pollution and health hazard caused by solvents used.
