PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a LIM molding method (liquid injection molding) for liquid- like silicone molding material for enhancing the degree of freedoms of blending colorant or additive with influence to an external appearance of molding by reducing occurrence of fault such as weld, flow mark, irregulanity in color or the like. SOLUTION: In the method for injection molding liquid-like silicone rubber in a mold having a slag 14 between a rubber 11 and a gate 15 comprising the step of forcibly altering a flow to the gate before filing liquid-like silicone molding material in a product part in a cavity 16, thereby generating turbulent flow, a position of the slag 14 in the mold is provided on a rubber 13, between the runner 13 and the gate 15 or on a gate land F. And, a size of the slag 14 in the mold has a width at least wider than the runner 13 or a depth deeper than the runner 13. |
