PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated interior and exterior finish board for a building or an integrated finish board for furniture or the like comprising small dimension members such as ceramic tiles, inlay materials or the like arranged at predetermined positions and having a relatively large dimension. SOLUTION: A building interior and exterior finish board 1 is almost constituted of ceramic tiles 2 having a square cross section, a square rear panel 3 corresponding to the whole contour of the finish board and the foamed resin molded member 4 interposed between the ceramic tiles and the rear panel. The rear panel is constituted of the substrate of the finish board and the foamed resin molded member constitutes the adhesive layer of the ceramic tiles. The finish board is integrally molded by a method comprising a finish material loading process for arranging a large number of the ceramic tiles in a molding jig, a cavity forming process for closing the opening part of the molding jig by the rear panel to form a resin molding cavity and a resin foaming process for filling a foamable resin into the cavity demarcated by the ceramic tiles and the rear panel to foam the same. |
