摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an electromagnetic apparatus which is provided with an iron core low in eddy current loss and enhanced in power efficiency. SOLUTION: This electromagnetic apparatus is equipped with an iron core structure composed of two or more iron cores and one or more other cores, which are fitted to the center leg provided to the iron core structure. Thin core plates are laminated and welded together into the iron core. A center leg core 17 is composed of laminated iron core plates 17a to 17i whose adjacent crosswise one ends are not welded but other ends are welded together, and iron core plates 17a to 17i are so laminated as to discontinuously arrange welded parts 19a to 19i in the direction of lamination. With this setup, when a current is applied to a coil, an eddy current flowing through the entire center leg core 17 is restrained using the welded parts 19a to 19i as a path.</p>
