PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the process time when recording media are processed in parallel by providing >=1 control means which controls plural control units and transferring attribute data of the recording media to a control means for a movement object unit according to the recording media which move between process units. SOLUTION: This device consists of a card supply unit 10 which stores and supplies >=1 card, a conveyance unit 20, a magnetic encoding unit 30, and a controller 50 which controls operation elements including a print unit 40. Then the controller 50 sets operation conditions mainly for the respective process units 10 to 40 and further a coding unit 100, and also monitors the process states of cards at the units 10 to 40. Further, the process units 10 to 40 are so controlled that specific processes are completed by the units 10 to 40, attributes and control parameters set for the card of a process unit at the movement destination of the card are passed. |
