PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accelerate the operation of a DC voltage circuit in a semiconductor chip, to stabilize an internal source voltage and to reduce power consumption by reducing load capacity driven by a differential amplifier. SOLUTION: A current flowing through an internal circuit 2A is constituted so that a transistor 16 and diode connected transistors 15a-15x constitute a current mirror circuit, and the current of 1/n of the current flowing through the transistors 15a-15x flows through the transistor 16, and the same current flows through a diode connected transistor 14. The transistor 14 and the transistors 13a-13x constitute the current mirror circuit, and the current of (n) times of the current flowing through the transistor 14 flows through the transistors 13a-13x, and this current is the same as the current flowing through the internal circuit 2A. Thus, the current flowing from a node N4 to the node N5 is minimized, and the differential amplifier 4A and the transistor 10 are made small capacity and a high speed. The circuit of the periphery of the internal circuit 2B is similar also. |
