发明名称 FLAME SPRAYING MATERIAL
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a flame spraying material with basicity bearing a combination of adhesivity and corrosion resistance. SOLUTION: This flame spraying material is obtained by compounding 10-50 wt.% of slag with 50-90 wt.% of fused magnesia containing 1-5 wt.% of SiO2 based on chemical analysis. The SiO2 incorporation in the fused magnesia dramatically improves the adhesivity of this material in a combination of the fused magnesia with the slag, thereby fully exhibiting the effect of corrosion resistance inherent in the fused magnesia, resulting in affording this material with excellent serviceability. Furthermore, although the fused magnesia is a dense stock, the above SiO2 incorporation suppresses the texture of an object to be applied from getting excessively dense, therefore this flame spraying material is also excellent in spalling resistance.
