An access fitting for connecting a plurality of conduit sections is disclosed including a monolithic, one-piece fitting body defining an enclosed passageway therein. The fitting body includes a plurality of ports, and a plurality of plugs are provided for removably plugging the respective ports. A plurality of adapters are optionally received within the respective ports for connecting respective conduit sections to the fitting body, in order to establish a desired access channel between conduit sections through the fitting body passageway, so as to provide a universal fitting.
