The rotor defines a path of increased pressure and a flow between an input (134) and an output (124). The rotor includes two concentric sets of blades mounted respectively radially internally and externally, The blades are curved and inclined in opposite directions to each other. This defines a passage for the fuel which is a helical configuration within the annular envelope which the structure defines.
