A cell for measuring electrochemiluminescence provided with a cell that permits the flow of an objective solution, a working electrode and a counter electrode opposed to each other with a predetermined gap in the cell, and a magnet for magnetically attracting an object contained in the solution onto the surface of the working electrode, wherein the surface of the working electrode exposed in the cell has the shape of a disk, the surface of the counter electrode exposed in the cell has the shape of a ring concentric with the shape of the disk and of which the inner diameter is at least equal to the diameter of the disk, and the ring has a light-transmission portion formed at the center thereof.
