The top hose-connector part (1) contains a medium-stop (2) secured against longitudinal twisting. The medium-stop is axially moved with the aid of the bottom hose-connector part (3) so that the medium-stop gradually exposes the opening for the medium to flow through by twisting the bottom hose connector part. The medium-stop secured against twisting is opened and closed by means of control lugs (9) placed on the hollow neck (15) in the bottom hose connector part.
