FIELD: oncology; may be used in performance of operations for organ preservation. SUBSTANCE: method proposes to close defect using of transferred graft. In this case, use is made of cutaneous-fat graft cut out of side surface of thoracic wall. Graft is brought upward, mobilized and edges of formed wound are sutured. Subaleoral zone is replaced with minor sternal muscle dissected from humerus. Formed skin-fat graft is laid on place of defect and shape of mammary gland is modelled by layer sutures. EFFECT: reduced time of operation and its simplicity. 4 dwg
