FIELD: medicine; doppleroechography. SUBSTANCE: patient's distolic arterial pressure is measured either by Korotkov's method or tachioscillographically to enhance accuracy. During ultrasonic Doppler examination of heat dopplerogram of mitral regurgitation is recorded, and mitral regurgitation flow rate is registered at moment aortal valve gets open. Final diastolic pressure in cavity of left ventricle of heat is calculated by values measured above from formula Kää = äÇä-4V<CHF>2@M</CHF><SB>R</SB>,, where èää is final diastolic pressure; äÇä is diastolic arterial pressure; V<SB>MR</SB> is mitral regurgitation flow rate.
