CORRECTION AND DIAGNOSTIC DEVICE IN SURGICAL TREATMENT OF VERTEBRAL COLUMN

FIELD: medicine; orthopedics; traumatology; neurosurgery. SUBSTANCE: device consists of diagnostic and correction parts. The latter includes rod and rests which have body with hole for rod and hook. Diagnostic part represents treatment and diagnostic unit, communication system in the form of wires and periphery consisting of electrodes for introduction into epidural space of vertebral column. Rest serves as one of electrodes. Part of communication system is introduced into rest, arranged in grooves made on rest surfaces and fixed flush with rest surfaces by means of cement-adhesive compounds. Periphery is positioned at ends of grooves flush with hook surfaces. EFFECT: reduced traumatization of operation, getting of objective data on functional state of vertebral column content. 3 cl, 3 dwg
