PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide adjustability of the impedance, with a single coaxial connector, even if two coaxial cables have different impedances are to be joined. SOLUTION: A coaxial connector is equipped with an insulator 40 in columnar shape, a contact 41 which penetrates the center of the insulator 40 and with which the center conductor of a coaxial cable is connected, and a conductor which surrounds the insulator 40 and is connected with the external conductor of the coaxial cable. The conductor is constituted of a first conductor 10 in cylindrical shape and a second conductor 30 in cylindrical shape, capable of relative rotation with respect to the first conductor 10. A plural first projections 12 are furnished on the internal circumferenital surface of the first conductor 10, and their tips are contacted with the peripheral surface of the insulator 40, while a plural second projections 31 are furnished on the internal circumferential surface of the second conductor 30. A plurality of grooves 11 are formed in the first conductor 10, and through these grooves 11, the tips 31A of the second projections 31 are made to infiltrate to an axially stretching through-hole 50 formed between the internal surface of the first conductor 10 and the external surface of the insulator 40, so that an arrangement is established in which they are made to confront the first projections 12 in the axial direction.
