PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely perform the control of power source supply to a horizontal deflection circuit by providing a means which controls power source voltage supply to a horizontal deflection output circuit in a normal use state and a means which controls power source voltage supply to the horizontal output circuit when power is turned on. SOLUTION: A switching power supply voltage control circuit 12 is used to control power supply voltage which is supplied to a horizontal deflection output circuit 11. That is, the circuit 12 forms output voltage B2 from power supply voltage B1 that is inputted from a power supply voltage input terminal 4 and supplies it to the circuit 11 through a primary coil of a flyback transformer 13. Also, of a current control circuit 14 supplies power supply voltage to the circuit 11 when the power of a display is turned on. Starting power supply voltage EON for start is inputted to the circuit 14 from a starting power supply voltage input terminal 5, and output voltage of the circuit 14 is supplied to the circuit 11 through the transformer 13. |
