PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly and sufficiently eliminate delay distortion with a simple operation using a small sized device. SOLUTION: In a digital communication system such as a digital radio communication system, transmission/reception is conducted in the unit of a burst consisting of a pulse train of a certain length, wherein a time slot of one pulse is divided into a plurality of times. Then delay distortion included in a received burst wave corresponding to a transmission burst consisting of unknown pulse trains is eliminated by using equation GK/(GTK/FTK) or GKFTK/GTK, where FTK, GTK, GK are complex spectrum of a training burst consisting of a known pulse train, a received burst corresponding thereto and a received burst corresponding to a transmission burst consisting of an unknown pulse train at an angular frequency kω of the respective burst waveform, ω is an angular frequency equivalent to a period of a burst length, and k is a positive or negative integer or zero. |
