PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To diagnose and analyze the trends of a machine by providing a monitor constituent element, an analysis and prediction constituent element which follows up the trends of the machine and analyze data so as to predict faults of a machine subsystem and elements, and a diagnostic constituent element which diagnoses the machine on a higher level. SOLUTION: The server includes a monitor 202 of the subsystem and constituent elements, the analysis and prediction constituent element 204, the diagnostic constituent element 206, and a communication constituent element 208. The monitor constituent element 202 receives machine data 210, analyzes the operation and state of the machine, and provides the analysis and prediction constituent element 204 with proper data for tracking the trends of the machine like the consumption of a disposable constituent element, not to mention consumption data and wear data of the constituent elements and subsystem. The diagnostic constituent element 206 not only provides important diagnostic information and maintenance service information, but also immediate machine correction 216 through the communication constituent element 208 on a line 212 to a network. |
