<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and surely provide a coupling member capable of uniting and fixing corrugated tubes of different diameters at the branching part of a wire harness. SOLUTION: In the vicinity of each corrugated tube-inserting port 4 of a body 2, a pair of hooking and fixing strips 5 is provided at two spots which project at required intervals from the internal surface of the bottom. This pair of hooking and fixing strips 5 expands at their tips and is V-shaped. Furthermore, a plurality of V-shaped hooking and fixing grooves 6 for hooking and fixing the tip of each hooking and fixing strip 5 are provided continuously in the internal surface of a lid 3 which is located above these hooking and fixing strips 5. A tip of each of corrugated tubes 7a, 7b, 7c of different diameters is inserted between a pair of hooking and fixing strips 5 from above each corrugated tube inserting port 4. In this case, a pair of hooking and fixing strips 5 bends and opens according to the outside diameter of each corrugated tubes 7a, 7b, 7c and fits in a recess on the periphery of the corrugated tube 7a, 7b, 7c. Then the tip of each hooking and fixing strip 5 hooks a V-shaped hooking and the fixing groove 6 in the internal surface of the lid 3 is fixed and locked by having the body 2 covered with the lid 3.</p> |
