The invention concerns a device for automatic microscopy, in particular for the count of rare elements consisting of a sliding object stage (6), a microscopic magnifying lens, an image digitising sensor, a light source at least for illuminating the observation zone and/or exciting the target elements and means for adjusting the relative position of the sliding object stage (6) and the objective (13) for positioning the target elements in the focal plane. The sliding object stage (6) is fixed on a rigid frame (2). The objective (13) is mounted on a crossarm (8) substantially parallel to the observation plane. |
