摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To reduce noise during the operation of a scroll fluid device and prevent the breakage of a structure due to the reverse revolution which is generated by the erroneous wiring on a user's side, by forming the outermost diameter part of a scroll swirl projection body to a curved line shape. CONSTITUTION:A scroll fluid device is equipped with a driving scroll 1 which is revolution-driven by a driving source, and a driven scroll 2 which is eccentric for the axis center of the driving scroll 1 and compresses fluid in cooperation with the driving scroll 1. Accordingly, the structure for the revolution in the same direction through the direct contact by utilizing the involute curve for compressing the fluid in cooperation is obtained. Accordingly, when the outermost diameter inner peripheral parts 1b and 2b of a swirl projection body of both the scrolls 1 and 2 are connected by a smooth cuved line, the contact area is increased even if the outermost diameter inner peripheral parts 1b and 2b of the swirl projection body which have the variable meshing point contact the opposed swirl projection bodies 1a and 2a. Accordingly, noise can be reduced, and the breakage of a product can be prevented by the simple means.</p>
