PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outer jacket that can prevent wind and snow from invading from the gap between the collar and the neck, when it is cold and wind strongly blows. SOLUTION: The lining fabric 11 of the collar 10 is made apart from the surface fabric 12 and a cylindrical string hole 20 is set to the part other than the upper edge 11a of the lining fabric 11 in the peripheral direction. Both terminals of the string to be inserted into the string hole 20 are guided out of the string hole 20 and a stopper 22 is mounted so that the string hole 20 may be squeezed at the part other than the top edge of the collar 10. |
