PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide sufficient structural strength without using rigid frame or brace, to secure wide space in housing, to allow free layout and to avoid influence of wind. SOLUTION: A frame 1 is formed in an arch-shaped cross section by arch- shaped steel frames 2..., and an upper floor 10 is suspended by a suspension steel frame 11... from the arch steel frame 2.... By providing the frame 1 in this way, a load is resisted by an axial force of the arch steel frame 2, and structural strength can be made sufficient even without using a rigid frame or a brace. A wide space can be secured in housing as no column or bearing wall is needed, and layout can be freely designed. |
