PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrically conductive tacky rubber material capable of pressure-sensitively removing dust and dirt attached to the surfaces of films, sheets and plates made of paper, plastics and metals. SOLUTION: This rubber material is formed by blending and vulcanizing 100 pts.wt. of a rubber component comprising 60-80 pts.wt. of a butyl rubber and 40-20 pts.wt. of EPDM, 20-50 pts.wt. of liquid polybutene having an average molecular weight of 400-800, 10-40 pts.wt. of an electrically conductive inorganic filler having a powder resistance of 10-500Ω.cm, 10-35 pts.wt. of an electrically conductive placticizer A selected from liquid polyethylene glycol and polypropylene glycol, 1-20 pts.wt. of an electrically conductive plasticizer B selected from liquid polyethylene glycol esters, polypropylene glycol esters and glycerine esters, 30-70 pts.wt. of silica, 5-30 pts.wt. of an other inorganic filler and 20-50 pts.wt. of a mineral oil base softening agent. The rubber material has a hardness (JIS-A) of 20-40 and an electrical resistance of 10<5> -10<8>Ω.cm and posseses tackiness. |
