PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analyzing device of driving properties of a vehicle which can analyze and display the driving properties of a vehicle in the compartment of the vehicle during driving. SOLUTION: This analyzing device 2 of driving property of a vehicle carried out data sampling and analysis and display while respective parts of the apparatus being controlled by a center control part 10. The device 2 of analyzing driving property of a vehicle is mounted on a vehicle and carries out sampling various kinds of data from the vehicle ECU 4 and outside sensors 6 from the time when a start button of an operational part 30 is pushed during to the time when a finish button is pushed and stores the sampling data in a sampling data memory part 18. After that, a data analyzing program of a data analyzing program part 22 read out and driving property is analyzed by using the various kinds of the data stored in the sampling data memory part 18. The obtained values of the driving property are transmitted to a property value display device 26 through a property value-signal converting part 24 and displayed on the display device 26.
