PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a film for an image receiving paper for a video printer excellent in image receiving ability and transporting properties, by drawing a composition containing a thermoplastic resin incompatible with a polyester in a specific ratio in at least one direction. SOLUTION: A polyester composition containing 3-30 wt.%, preferably 5-25 wt.%, more preferably 10-20 wt.% of a thermoplastic resin (polypropylene) incompatible with a polyester (one obtained from an aromatic dicarboxylic acid or its ester and a glycol as main starting raw materials, for example, comprising >=80% repeating structural unit composed of ethylene terephthalate unit or ethylene-2,6-naphthalate unit) is drawn at in at least one direction to give the objective fine foam-containing polyester film having >=3 difference in glossiness between surface and back and >=25 glossiness at a high luster side. |
