PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate construction of a ceiling with gapped joist. SOLUTION: A ceiling with gapped joist construction hardware is provided with a rectangular upper wall 12 having a nail hole 70, side walls 68A, 68B extended vertically downward from both side edges of the upper wall 12, rectangular first and second lock members 74A, 74B protruded sideway from a lover end edge of the side walls 68A, 68B, tongue members 76A, 76B extended horizontally from an upper surface of the upper wall 72 toward the first lock member 74A, a connection member extended from a tip of the second lock member 74B sideway, and joint plate holding members 80A, 80B extended from a tip of the connection member sideway. In this case, around the nail hole 70, a swollen part 16 around the nail hole of which upper surface is a horizontal surface, and in which height of the horizontal surface is similar to or higher than height of an upper surface of the tongue members 76A, 76B is provided, and a width of the connection member is set to be roughly uniform in a range of 1-5 mm, with a length of the connection member set to be similar to or longer than thickness of the joint plate. |
