PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the distance to a measurable object by shortening the reverberation time of a transceiver. SOLUTION: Output signal from a waveform output unit 1 is amplified through an amplifier 2 to produce a transmission signal 101 which is transmitted as transmission wave from a transceiver 3. Subsequently, the waveform output unit 1 delivers a phase inversion signal 103 having a phase reverse to that of the transmission signal 101 to the transceiver 3. Consequently, reverberation of the transmission wave in the transceiver 3 is canceled and the transmission wave is converged in a short time. |
