<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cut off the inside face of a hose from the outside face so as to prevent freezing inside the hose by butting hoses to each other and fastening a cylindrical joint only on the outer circumference in the connecting part. SOLUTION: At first, a packing material 6 is formed into a shape which can be brought into tight contact with the inside face of a joint 4 and the outside faces of hoses 2. Subsequently, end parts of the hoses 2 are butted to each other, and onto the connecting part 3 between the hoses 2, a packing member 6 is wound from the outside. From the outside of the packing member 6, a cylindrical body 5 is covered so that recess parts 15 in the cylindrical body 5 and projection parts 14 in the hoses 2 are fitted mutually, and a closing condition is accomplished, and subsequently, a ring type latch 12 is locked to a hook 11 and a fastening tool 8 is locked by means of an operation lever 13. In this way, the joint 4 is fastened in the diameter shrinking direction, so that fitting to the hoses 2 and connection between the hoses 2 are carried out at the same time. In this way, a temperature of the connecting part between the hoses 2 is prevented from lowering below its peripheral temperature, so that the generation of freezing on the inside of the hose in the connecting part can be prevented.</p> |
