The invention concerns a spiral winder continuously producing a tubular structure consisting of a helical winding (2), in particular a pressure arch, from two non-self-clipping wires with thick cross-section supplied by two wire coils and two clipping wires supplied by two clipping wire coils. A powerdriven rotating circular frame (8) bears at the rear the four wire and clipping wire coils, while the frame (8) downstream surface carries on two trays (35) with adjustable inclination two incorporated double tracks (31, 31') for driving the wire (16) arranged just upstream of guide and/or bending rollers (34) driving the wires towards their respective twisting point (33).
