Reversible knitted wears are produced by the method of this invention. The panels (10) making up the various parts of the wear are knitted with a knitting machine by simultaneously feeding two yarns (11, 12) into the needle beds through the needle carriage of the knitting machine such that both sides of each panel would have a finished but different appearance and having knots in the stitches integrally formed by the two yarns in an intertwined manner. Two yarns (11, 12) of different colours and/or qualities are employed such that each side has a selected different colour and/or quality so as to provide more versatility to the wear. The seams between adjoining panels with various unique edge arrangements are sewn together grafting stitchings (17, 21, 22, 25, 26, 28) and retaining stitchings (18, 31, 32) to form finished seams on both sides of the wear.
