PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information transmitting system by which when means of transportation are utilized, fine information such as information about one's destination and information about a traffic jam or an accident of an electric train can be suitably obtained. SOLUTION: When information about one's destination together with own ID information is transmitted from portable moving terminals 2011 to 201N, the nearest radio base station device 202 transmits it to an information control device 204 through a system control device 203. An information control device 204 selects the optimum route leading to one's destination on the basis of an information storing device 205, and at that time it obtains the information about an accident or delay regarding to the route from a route information supply part 206 and carries out a necessary correction. The result is transmitted to the radio base station device 202 through the system control device 203, and therefrom pertinent ID information is transmitted to the portable moving terminals 201. Even the information on the occurrence of an accident can be transmitted to the portable moving terminals 201. |
