PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forming method of thermally sprayed rustproof film with a metallic wire on PC strand useful for preventing damage of a coating film and sufficiently producing rustproof effect by making a combination of thermally sprayed film with a metallic wire and resin coating film or by indepen dently forming the thermally sprayed film with the metallic wire to obviate a defect that a conven-tional resin coating film is easily damaged. SOLUTION: By making a combination of the thermally sprayed film 5 with the metallic wire and the resin coating film 4 of only by forming the thermally sprayed film 5 on the surface of the PC strand to obviate the defect that the resin coating film is easily damaged, the damage of the rustproof coating film is prevented and the rustproof effect is sufficiently produced. For example, after making the surface preparation of the PC strand, the thermally sprayed film 5 is directly formed on the surface or, after making the surface preparation of the PC strand, a resin coating film 4 is once formed on the surface and, furthermore, the thermally stray-ed film 5 is formed on the surface. After making the surface preparation of the PC strand, the sticking film layer is formed by pretreating and, furthermore, the thermally sprayed film 5 may be formed on the surface. |
