PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To widely and uniformly sprinkle a chemical along the floor by providing spray port directed radially toward a nozzle furnished at the tip of rotating arm and a spray port having a directional component tangential to the turning circle only in the rotating plate. SOLUTION: An attachment 3 is pushed down along with a rotary head 10, and a nozzle stem 7 is pushed down to constitute a spray state. The engaging part 31 of the attachment 3 is engaged with the mount 61 of an aerosol can 6, and the spray state is maintained. A liq. chemical sprayed form the nozzle stem 7 is passed through a passage 51 in a rotor 5 and a passage 53 in an arm 1 and sent to a nozzle 2. A part of the chemical is introduced into a passage 23 in the nozzle and sprayed straight from the injection port 21 in the radial direction, and the remainder is passed through a groove between the arm 1 and nozzle 2 and sprayed from a spray port 22 having a tangential component. The are ratio of the spray ports 21 to 22 is controlled to 1 to 3. The chemical atomized by the spin spray is sprinkled low, widely and uniformly along the floor.
