PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform an operation of a dispatch or a reception without an inattentive driving and to prevent a traffic accident caused by an inattentive driving by increasing safety. SOLUTION: In a car-mounted hand-free device, a sun visor operation panel 10, by which a cellular phone 1 is operated, is newly installed on a sun visor 11. The sun visor operation panel 10 is equipped with an operation key part 10a, a letter-and-figure display part LCD 10b, an infrared-ray LED emitting-and- receiving element part 10c, and a hand-free microphone 10d, and the equal operations to a key operation, a LCD display and a call on the cellular phone 1 can be performed thereby, by dispatching to or receiving from the infrared-ray LED emitting-and-receiving element 9a for a transmission in the light space of a battery charger 2 mounted on a hand-free car.
