PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more facilitate work to attaching a seat to and detaching from the floor panel side. SOLUTION: A seat cushion 30 is detachably installed on the side of a floor panel 20, and at least either the seat cushion 30 or a seat back 32 is provided with an air tight membrane body 36 constituting the outer shell of either the seat cushion 30 or the seat back 32, porous elastic body 37 inserted into the inner space of this membrane body 36, and a valve 40 that freely opens and closes a communication passage 38 that communicates the inner section of this elastic body 37 and the outer section of the membrane body 36. A constraining mechanism is provided, which can constrain the seat back 32 from turning to the seat cushion 30 with the seat back 32 pressedly piled on the seat cushion 32 by opening this valve 40.
