<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a picking system wherein by using an existing rack, a cost is reduced, a picking position is immediately detected by even an inexperienced worker, a wrong product and improper amount of products are very small generated. SOLUTION: An existing rack is used, a rack display device 30 can be mounted, such works can be realized by reducing a cost. In a part extension part 14, a slip read by a bar code reader 20 is automatically part extended, by forming into a picking item list, a read mistake of the slip is eliminated. In a rack position judgment part 15, by automatically judging a storage position of a picking item, necessity for storing the storage position by a worker is eliminated. Further, in a rack display indicating part 16, by lighting a rack display device 30, even by an inexperienced worker, the storage position can be immediately judged, without picking a wrong item, a time for searching the storage position is only small required, so as to generate very good work efficiency.</p> |
