<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To purify water and to realize greenery by arranging a mat and a water cleaning member in the groove or a grooved porous concrete structure. SOLUTION: This greening water cleaning structure 1 is formed by laying cobbles 4 in the groove or recess 3 of a porous concrete structure 2 having an almost U-sectioned groove and then arranging a flat mat 6, a water cleaning member 7 and a flat mat 5. Although the diameter of the cobble is not specified, the cobbles having normally 5-40 cm, preferably 10-20 cm, diameters are sufficiently used. The mats 5 and 6 are appropriately formed with the nonwoven mat of such fibrous material as natural fiber, synthetic fiber or regenerated fiber, and the natural fiber highly resistant to corrosion is most advantageously used. Palm fiber is exemplified as the natural fiber. Activated carbon is preferably used for the water cleaning member 7, and the member can be further mixed with artificial calcined culture soil.</p> |
