摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to promptly take a countermeasure when abnormal data are found, by enabling a measurement monitor system in an intensive care unit in a hospital to monitor a bloodless sphygmomanometry simultaneously with a sphygmomanometry at the time of occurrence of an irregular pulse. SOLUTION: An electrocardiographic waveform of a subject is inputted to an electrocardiogram input section 1, and an irregular pulse analysis section 2 analyzes an irregular pulse waveform by the electrocardiographic waveform. If an irregular pulse is found from the analysis data, a sphygmomanometry control section 3 shortens an interval between the bloodless sphygmomanometry of the examinee, while in case not irregular pulse but a normal state is found, the time interval for the bloodless sphygmomanometry is lengthened. A phygmomanometry section 4 is attached to the examinee, and when instructions are received from the phygmomanometry control section 3, a nurse or the like performs the bloodless sphygmomanometry of the examinee at predetermined measurement intervals. At a memory section 5, respective data such as signal data of electrocardiographic waveform, data of occurrence frequency of irregular pulse waveforms and bloodless pressure values are stored. A display section 6 displays each of the measurement data stored in the memory section 5 by time series.</p>
