PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition, free of smart sensation associated with an orally administered magnesium salt of organic acid, capable of manifesting excellent flavor, and useful for foods, medicines or the like for taking a sufficient quantity of magnesium by including an endothermic sweetener in a magnesium salt of organic acid. SOLUTION: This composition contains (A) a magnesium salt of organic acid, such as magnesium citrate, or fruit magnesium (e.g. a composition of fruit juice of high acidity, incorporated with magnesium oxide, magnesium hydroxide or the like to be kept at pH 8 or less) and (B) an endothermic sweetener (e.g. erythritol, xylitol or sorbitol). It is incorporated with, e.g. a flavor, powdered fruit juice, sweetener, stabilizer or grain flour, and used for foods in the form of powder, granule or tablet, bread, noodles or the like for magnesium taking. |
