FIELD: stomatologic prosthetics. SUBSTANCE: suprastructure has head made of two supporting parts coupled to each other. One part is inclined relative to longitudinal axis of implant. Head is made removable and inclined. One of head supporting parts is manufactured as internal truncated Morse cone and cylinder with inclined area coupled to each other. External Morse cone is formed at a place of their coupling. Inclined supporting part of head is positioned on inclined area of cylinder. The latter is made as a step with tapered supporting area. Suprastructure is provided with screw made as Morse cone turning to cylindrical threaded part. Through hole in the form of Morse cone turning to cylindrical hole is provided along longitudinal axis of head. Cylindrical hole accommodates screw for head fixing to implant. Slope angle of inclined supporting part of head is from 10 to 45 deg. EFFECT: ideal reposition of suprastructure relative to teeth row of implanted jaw, enlarged functional capabilities, enhanced reliability and strength of jaw fixing. 3 cl, 3 dwg |
