METHOD OF PRODUCING PETROLEUM FRACTIONS IN VACUUM COLUMNS OF CATALYTIC CRACKING PLANTS AND VACUUM COLUMN FOR ITS IMPLEMENTATION

FIELD: petroleum processing. SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for use in vacuum distillation of mazut to produce vacuum gas oil and consists in that condensation and washing off high-boiling goudron fractions in one of column sections is accomplished with phlegm condensed directly in this section, at outlet of which temperature gradient equal to 75-85 C is created by way of providing ratio of temperature of raw material charged into column (360-390 C) and temperature of vapors and vacuum gas oil withdrawn from the column (335-365 and 260-280 C, respectively). Distinguishing feature of the column is that blind collector plate located between section from which vacuum gas oil is withdrawn and washing section is constructed with developed ribbing on its lower surface. Heat-exchange surface of ribbing constitutes at least 50% of total surface of the plate. In addition, all ribbing or part of it can be constructed in the form of supporting elements of plate.
